Return Shipping Label - Only valid with Molding Kit (International Orders Excluded)

This return label is only applicable when purchased with a molding kit inside of the same order. If purchased separately, the order will be cancelled.

We only provide return labels as a courtesy when you are purchasing a molding kit. 

If you need to return a package to us, please head to your local post office and they will assist you with your return. 

Make it easy to return your additional impression kit to us. Just purchase a return label with your impression kit and we'll take care of it for you and send it with your impression kit.

For International Orders, Please read below:

We are happy to inform you that we will cover the cost of your return shipping label back to our jeweler. However, please note that we will reimburse shipping costs up to a maximum of $20.

If the return shipping cost exceeds $20, we kindly ask that you cover the remaining amount. Please ensure you retain a copy of your shipping receipt for reimbursement purposes.

To proceed, please send us a copy of your shipping receipt, and we will process your reimbursement accordingly. If you have any questions or need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
