DISATISFACTION WITH CUSTOM PIECE

If a customer wrongfully initiates a chargeback while retaining the product, we reserve the right to file a police report in their jurisdiction to recover losses. Placing an order with the intent of disputing the charge while keeping the item constitutes theft and will be pursued accordingly. Do not place an order if you intend to start a chargeback fraudulently.

Please note that due to the nature of our product, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures the customization process begins smoothly and that we can deliver the best product tailored to your needs.

Once you place your order, you are no longer eligible for a refund, cancellation, or free-of-charge changes. This is because of the laborious efforts the EASE team takes to ensure we are doing our best to get your order taken care of. Additionally, because multiple teams immediately begin working on different stages of your order once it is placed and fulfilled, cancellation requests can become difficult to relay across all departments in real time.

Your piece will be a custom piece that is fitted to your own teeth and will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation or free changes. Even if you do not like the style that you have designed and we have made for you, we will not be able to cancel, refund or change this style. Even if it does not fit, we offer solutions for this and we will not be able to cancel, refund or change this style. Once you place your order, we cannot cancel or offer a refund.

Chargebacks = Cancellations Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made, any cancellation, reversal, or dispute results in immediate loss of production time, materials, and labor.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • A chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal is considered a cancellation initiated by the customer.

  • If you file a chargeback or dispute for any reason, you agree to a $200 cancellation fee.

  • You authorize EASE to charge this fee to your saved payment method through our secure payment processor.

  • This fee covers materials, labor, administrative time, and lost production capacity.

  • Filing a chargeback does not waive your responsibility for this fee.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order.
