Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
All sales at EASE are final due to the custom nature of our products. Once your order is placed and processing begins — including shipping of a molding kit, design submissions, or materials being allocated — it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Because multiple teams immediately begin working on different stages of your order once it is placed and fulfilled, cancellation requests can become difficult to relay across all departments in real time.
Chargebacks = Cancellations Policy
Because all of our products are custom-made, any cancellation, reversal, or dispute results in immediate loss of production time, materials, and labor.
By placing an order, you agree to the following:

A chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal is considered a cancellation initiated by the customer.

If you file a chargeback or dispute for any reason, you agree to a $200 cancellation fee.

You authorize EASE to charge this fee to your saved payment method through our secure payment processor.

This fee covers materials, labor, administrative time, and lost production capacity.

Filing a chargeback does not waive your responsibility for this fee.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting EASE directly will be considered a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in canceled services, loss of product access, or legal action.
