CUSTOM PRODUCT NOTICE

All EASE products are custom-made based on the customer’s submitted dental impressions, specifications, selections, and confirmations. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once an order is placed and an impression kit has been fulfilled or production efforts have begun, orders are no longer eligible for refunds, cancellations, or free-of-charge modifications.

Because multiple departments and production teams immediately begin working on various stages of the order process, cancellation requests may not be able to be relayed across all teams in real time once fulfillment begins.

DENTAL IMPRESSION RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate and usable dental impressions, photographs, confirmations, and requested information. Improper impressions, incomplete forms, inaccurate submissions, or failure to follow instructions may result in delays, remakes, additional fees, fitting issues, or production complications.

EASE reserves the right to request additional impressions, photographs, or confirmations before production continues.

FIT, COMFORT & TOOTH ANATOMY DISCLAIMER

Every mouth, bite, and tooth structure is different. Fit, comfort, tightness, and appearance may vary depending on individual tooth anatomy, requested design, weight of materials, style selections, and customer compliance with instructions.

Certain styles, including bars, semi-bars, heavy stone pieces, extended shapes, or highly customized designs, may naturally fit differently than simpler styles due to the anatomy of the teeth and the physical structure of the piece.

NO MEDICAL OR DENTAL ADVICE

EASE does not provide medical advice, dental treatment, orthodontic treatment, or professional dental diagnoses. Any information provided through our website, social media platforms, customer service channels, events, or marketing materials is for informational purposes only.

PROTECTIVE LAYER NOTICE

The Protective Mouth Grill (PMG) includes a bonded protective layer designed to create a barrier between the metal and the teeth. While EASE has developed this innovative feature with oral protection in mind, individual experiences and results may vary.

Customers are responsible for properly caring for and maintaining their products according to provided instructions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By purchasing from EASE, customers acknowledge that EASE, its owners, affiliates, contractors, employees, partners, and vendors shall not be held liable for damages, injuries, allergic reactions, misuse, improper adjustments, improper wear, customer negligence, unauthorized modifications, or issues resulting from inaccurate customer submissions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All EASE branding, concepts, designs, product names, graphics, photos, videos, written content, and the Protective Mouth Grill concept are the intellectual property of EASE and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to EASE policies before purchase. Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or disputes initiated after agreeing to our terms may be challenged using submitted confirmations, communications, policies, timestamps, tracking information, and customer-provided approvals.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of this website, products, or services shall be governed in accordance with the laws applicable to EASE operations.
