Need a Refit? Start Here. Try These Things First!

We understand that sometimes your Protective Mouth Grill (PMG) might need an adjustment to ensure the perfect fit. That’s why we offer a complimentary refit process—because your comfort matters to us.

Please note:
Refits are not expedited and require the grill to be sent back to our lab. This allows us to safely remove the protective layer before forwarding it to the jeweler for adjustments.

This step is essential to maintain the quality and integrity of your piece.

Once we receive your items, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Thanks for your patience and trust in EASE.

Customers must report any fit or comfort concerns within 15 days of receiving their grill.
After this timeframe, we cannot remake, refit, or adjust the piece due to natural changes that occur after wear.
