12-Week Curriculum
Month 1: Foundations & Exposure (Weeks 1–4)
Goal: Get participants confident with the product, brand, and customer experience.
WEEK ONE, FRIDAY JUNE 20
Week 1: Orientation & Brand Training
- Introduction to EASE & the Protective Mouth Grill (PMG)
- Understanding the product's purpose (retainer, fashion, protection)
- Brand tone, mission, and history
- Customer types and typical questions
WEEK TWO, FRIDAY, JUNE 27
Week 2: Product Knowledge Deep Dive
- Materials used in PMGs
- Mold training: what makes a good vs. bad impression
- What happens after the mold? A look into the process
- Fitting and comfort basics
WEEK THREE THURSDAY JULY 3 OR JULY 4?
Week 3: In-Person Sales Training
- Booth etiquette (hygiene, customer approach, appearance)
- Role-playing customer conversations
- Pricing structure & how to explain value
- Understanding customer objections and how to handle them
WEEK FOUR SATURDAY JULY 12
Week 4: First Live Market Shift
- Shadowing at Silverlake Flea Market
- Practice dental impression technique
- Observe customer interactions
- Post-market debrief: What worked? What didn’t?
Month 2: Strategy & Practice (Weeks 5–8)
Goal: Strengthen sales and marketing skills + begin independent interaction.
WEEK FIVE: FRIDAY JULY 18
Week 5: Marketing 101
- How to create UGC and tell a brand story
- Creating short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Stories)
- Building a personal brand that compliments EASE
- Setting up a basic business Instagram & Canva walkthrough
WEEK SIX SUNDAY JULY 20
Week 6: Independent Sales Roleplay
- Practicing booth setup
- Customer interaction practice with real scenarios
- Using the tap-to-pay device + tracking orders
- Reading body language & customer types
WEEK SEVEN: FRIDAY JULY 25
Week 7: Content & Promo Day
- Film and create mock promos using PMGs
- Interview-style content with team and customers
- Storyboarding product education videos
- Partnering with your audience—understanding influence
WEEK EIGHT: SATURDAY AUGUST 2
Week 8: Solo Sales Shift with Supervision
- Trainee leads interactions at booth with support
- Takes at least 3 impressions independently
- Focus on upselling or bundling offers
- Receives feedback + Q&A wrap-up
Month 3: Launch Prep & Ownership (Weeks 9–12)
Goal: Prepare them to operate independently and monetize their own funnel.
WEEK NINE: FRIDAY AUGUST 8
Week 9: Business Setup Basics
- Choosing a business name & domain
- Registering an LLC or Sole Prop
- Basic email and CRM tools
- Legal basics: contracts, waivers, and consent forms
WEEK TEN: FRIDAY AUGUST 15
Week 10: Inventory & Pricing Strategy
- Ordering inventory & starter kits
- Cost breakdown of PMGs (materials, labor, pricing)
- How to make money: profit margins + bundles
- Setting prices & adding value
WEEK ELEVEN: FRIDAY AUGUST 22
Week 11: Growth Planning
- How to scale: local vs. national customer base
- Mobile setup: festivals, events, and pop-ups
- Collaborations, influencers & strategic partnerships
- Managing burnout & balancing creativity with structure
WEEK TWELVE: FRIDAY AUGUST 29
Week 12: Final Review & Certification
- Oral/written quiz on product + sales
- Final supervised live day at market
- Certification of Completion
