Order Confirmation & Dental Impression Policy

To ensure the highest quality and accuracy in crafting your custom grill, EASE requires customers to reconfirm their order and provide a new dental impression if their order has exceeded 30 days without submission of an impression.

Policy Guidelines:

  1. 30-Day Requirement: If an order remains inactive for over 30 days (i.e., the dental impression has not been submitted within this period), we require the customer to reconfirm their order before proceeding with the next steps.

  2. Reconfirmation Process: Customers must respond to our reconfirmation request, confirming their order details. This step ensures that all customization requests are still accurate. Please confirm here.

  3. New Dental Impression: Along with reconfirmation, customers will need to send a new dental impression to maintain accuracy in the crafting process. Purchase a new molding kit from anywhere you please, or click here to get one from us.

  4. Order Progression: Upon receiving both the reconfirmation and the new impression, we will reach out to you with next steps.
