PMG Protective Layer Service – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all PMG Protective Layer Services (“Service”) provided by EASE (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our Service, you agree to the following Terms.


1. Service Description

PMG is a service-based offering. We apply a thin, durable protective layer to the inside of grillz already owned by the customer.

PMG does not include:

  • design changes

  • remakes or resizing

  • refitting

  • repairs

  • polishing

  • alterations to appearance, shape, or fit

The Service applies a protective layer only. No other modifications are performed.


2. Eligibility & Inspection

All grillz are subject to inspection upon receipt.

We reserve the right to decline service for grillz that are:

  • poorly fitting

  • damaged

  • improperly constructed

  • unsafe to process

  • unsuitable for the protective layer application

If a piece is declined, it may be returned without service. Inspection, shipping, and service fees are non-refundable.


3. Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • ensuring grillz fit properly before submission

  • confirming the grillz are eligible for service

  • following all submission and shipping instructions

PMG does not correct fit issues or manufacturing defects.


4. Shipping & Transit Risk

Customers are responsible for shipping grillz to and from EASE.

EASE is not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit by postal or courier services.
Once grillz are shipped, transit risk lies entirely with the customer.

Tracking confirmation constitutes proof of shipment and delivery.


5. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • inspection issues

  • shipping delays

  • service volume

Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks.


6. Results Disclaimer

The protective layer is designed to create a barrier between metal and teeth. Individual results may vary depending on fit, usage, wear habits, and existing dental conditions.

PMG is not a medical or dental service.
We make no medical, dental, or therapeutic claims and provide no guarantees regarding outcomes.


7. Payments, Holds & Chargebacks

All PMG services are final sale once completed.

By purchasing the Service, you authorize EASE to place a temporary authorization hold of $100 on your payment method.

This authorization may be captured only in the event of:

  • a chargeback

  • a payment dispute

  • a payment reversal initiated after the Service has been completed

Initiating a chargeback does not replace EASE’s internal resolution process. Chargebacks submitted after services are rendered may result in additional charges.


8. No Refund Policy

Due to the service-based and irreversible nature of the PMG process:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds are issued once the Service has been performed

  • Shipping fees, inspection fees, and service fees are non-refundable


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EASE shall not be liable for:

  • incidental or consequential damages

  • loss or damage caused by shipping carriers

  • customer misuse or improper wear

  • pre-existing damage or defects

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.


10. Intellectual Property

All PMG methods, processes, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of EASE and may not be copied, replicated, or redistributed without written permission.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or submitting grillz for PMG Protective Layer Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
