What is the PMG Club?
PMG Club is a subscription service where you receive a custom Protective Mouth Grill (PMG) every other month. Once your dental impression is approved, we handle the rest—just sit back and enjoy new styles delivered straight to your door.

How much does it cost?
The PMG Club is $99/month. You’ll be billed monthly, and every other month you’ll receive a brand-new PMG.

Why am I billed monthly if I only get a PMG every other month?
We spread out the cost of your custom PMGs to make the pricing more manageable. Your subscription ensures continuous service and secures your spot in our production schedule.

What do I get with my subscription?

  • The option to choose from select styles or be surprised

  • Access to limited drops and early releases

  • Priority production and customer support

Do I have to redo my dental impression every time?
Nope! We’ll use your original mold for up to 4 months. After that, we’ll ask for a fresh one to ensure accuracy in case your teeth have shifted.

What if I send in a bad mold?
No worries—you can come visit our booth and we’ll help you do it in person, or we’ll guide you to try again at home. You have 30 days to submit an acceptable mold.

Can I skip a month?
Currently, skips aren’t available. If you’d rather pause or cancel, you can do that anytime.

Can I change my style after I’ve chosen it?
You’ll have a small window to select your style each cycle. Once we enter production (about 4 weeks before shipment), changes are no longer allowed.

What if I don’t like the style I received?
PMG styles are custom-made and final sale. If you prefer full control, we recommend selecting your style during the selection window rather than opting for a surprise.

What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment is declined, your subscription will be canceled automatically. You’re welcome to re-subscribe when ready.

How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime through your customer portal. There are no cancellation fees.

What if I move?
You’ll receive a notification before each cycle begins so you can update your shipping address in time.
