The longer version

There’s no guaranteed date
Every piece is made by hand by our jeweler, one at a time, so we can’t put a promise date on it. What we can tell you: we work as fast as we can, and we push to have pieces out in under four weeks. That work doesn’t begin until the lab has your approved dental impression — not the day you place your order. Refits go back into the line like a new piece, and we don’t rush remakes. We’d rather it be right than fast.
It hugs. It doesn’t snap
Metal doesn’t behave like plastic, so your PMG won’t click into place like a retainer — it sits snug against your teeth. Feels strange on day one? That happens to everybody. Fitting instructions come with your piece and they work, so try those first. If it still isn’t right, tell us and we’ll sort out a refit.
You get what you pay for
Silver 925 is the most affordable and the hardest — it’s also the quickest to tarnish. Solid gold costs more and lasts longer, and it keeps its colour instead of fading. Choose with your long game in mind.
Plating is a coating, not a forever
It can scratch, smudge or fade from normal handling — utensils, cleaning products, even just taking it in and out. That isn’t a defect, that’s what plating is. If you want colour that never wears off, go solid.
Never eat with it in
Not a meal, not a snack, not “just one bite.” It damages the piece and your real teeth. Water is the only thing that belongs in your mouth while you’re wearing it.
Custom means final sale
It’s built for your mouth and nobody else’s, so we can’t resell it — which means no refunds. Fit is a different story. If it doesn’t sit right, we’ll keep working with you until it does.
